In order for the article to meet the requirements, the author has to chase the following structure:

Title of the article:
A well-chosen article title is an important part of the structure. He should fully describe the subject area. Title of the article should not be more than 10(ten)words. At the same time, the content of the article should reflect itself. The title is presented in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages should be. The title of the article should be bold and centered in capital letters. It should be noted that there is no period at the end of the title.
Summary:
The summaries of the article in different languages are the same and should be relevant to the content of the article. Summary of the content of the article should state briefly. To quickly grasp the essence of the problem to help the researcher succinctly describe his goals and objectives must express. The summary should be written in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages. Summaries should not exceed 200 words (less than 450 characters, more than 600 characters).
